Rev. Dr. Michele F. Parker
Rev. Dr. Michele F. Parker is the founder of The Hand of God Ministries Biblical Institute. With a desire to help develop Christian leaders for a variety of Christian ministries, this visionary leader started the school for lay and ministers to receive theological education that would provide real ministry solutions in a diverse and changing society.
She received undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Maryland, in College Park, Maryland and Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland respectively Additionally, she earned her Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt School of Theology at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia and her Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
Prior to her current role as founder, Dr. Parker, now a retired educator, taught in both Prince George’s County Public Schools, Maryland and Halifax County Public Schools, Virginia. Moreover, Dr. Parker, is a full-connection minister in the New York-Washington Region of the Christian Methodist Episcopal (CME) Church. She has served as pastor of three churches within our Washington – Virginia District, Wesley Chapel CME Church, Vernon Hill, Virginia, Ebenezer CME Church, South Boston, Virginia, Russell Temple CME Church, Alexandria, Virginia and is currently serving at Saint John CME Church, Washington, District of Columbia. She has been honored with numerous accolades, awards, and certificates for her outstanding work as an educator and faith leader in the community.
Her inspiring messages of hope, transformation, and empowerment are motivating and sustaining both young and old. She has been blessed with the gifts of exhortation, administration, and teaching.
The focus of her ministry is to exemplify the love of Jesus Christ with a passion for encouraging, educating, engaging, and empowering the people of God. As a servant of God, it is her heartfelt desire to develop and multiply disciples to advance the Kingdom of God.
Established in 2015, THOG Ministries is an inspiring community of believers who are eager to grow in the word of God. Smart and genuinely nice people from across the country and around the world.

Rev. Dr. Darryl Burton
New Testament Survey
Dr. Darryl A. Burton is a recent 2024 graduate of United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH. Dr. Burton defended his work in the area of evangelism.
His project was called: Developing Ministry Leaders to Evangelize to the Unchurched through Small Groups. In 2015, Dr. Burton successfully started Converted Heart CME Church in Silver Spring, MD.
Today, the mission church continues to strive in the homeless community and enjoy a partnership with the Interfaith Works Empowerment Center.
Rev. Dr. Thomas Cotton

Rev. Dr. Thomas Cotton is the esteemed Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Family Worship Center, where his dynamic leadership and unwavering dedication have transformed the congregation into a vibrant, faith-filled community.
As a credentialed and ordained Bishop in the Church of God, he brings a wealth of spiritual wisdom and a deep commitment to his ministry.
In addition to his pastoral duties, Dr. Cotton serves as the President of Cornerstone School of Ministry Bible College, where he passionately guides the next generation of Christian leaders. Renowned for his passionate teaching of God’s word, Dr. Cotton’s profound insights, compassionate heart, and steadfast devotion to God’s work make him a beacon of hope and inspiration to all who have the privilege of knowing him.
Elder Kevin Agee
Introduction to Systematic Theology
Reverend Kevin J. Agee is a Judicial Council Justice of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. He is the Presiding Elder of the Washington-Virginia District and the Pastor of Russell Temple CME Church in Alexandria.
Presiding Elder Agee is a former Adjunct Instructor for the Interdenominational Theological Center Certificate of Theology Program, a former Chair of the New York-Washington Annual Conference Committee on Ministerial Examination, and a former Dean of Leadership Training of the New York-New England District and the Philadelphia District.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master of Divinity degree from Wesley Theological Seminary. He also did postgraduate studies at Hartford International University, formerly known as Hartford Seminary. Justice Agee and his wife, Lady Gwendolyn Agee, have two sons, a daughter-in-law and five grandchildren.
Rev. Dr. Anita M. Coleman
Introduction to Christian Education
Dr. Anita Coleman obtained her Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in 2021.
She currently serves as a faculty mentor for doctoral studies at the same institution. Dr. Coleman’s areas of expertise and service include international missions, leadership as the Director of the Christian Education Ministry, and her strong dedication to intercessory prayer ministry.
She is married to Alfred Lloyd Coleman, her partner of 15 years, who provides unwavering support in her ministry endeavors.
